The Alessio transfer/shuttle machine is not just one machine but a range of machines offering the perfect solution for all products which need multiple or complex inserts/films added during the moulding cycle, keeping the operator in complete safety and without affecting the overall cycle time.
For big productions also available a line of transfers totally automated, to minimise the need for an operator.


Transfer machines can be equipped with aerial robot and can be upgraded with automatic insert loading systems: thanks to its variety of options can add inserts/films manually, semi-automatically or even 100% automatically.

Alessio tranfers line: the ideal solution for your complex products like ICFs, helmets, etc.: increases production, reduces costs and can be studied to fit your needs perfectly.

Alessio software for transfer machines

The PMTwintech software, Windows based, developed by Alessio offers a fully automated management system over the whole moulding process.
As well as offering user friendly operation, it also has pre-defined and tested recipes built in, with options to modify them, using the wide range of sequences and combinations. To your personal requirements.
Control over the following: different cycle sequences, combining moulding, insert loading, cracking and de-moulding, control over pneumatic cores, robot (if present), and displays production cycles in process simultaneously on the PC. Data can be stored on the machine, but also backed up, analysed and transferred to any standard PC.
