New ALESSIO pre-expander for EPP

EPP raw material is usually supplied already expanded (allowing you to choose from a variety of range of densities)
But EPP pre-expander can be your response if your production site be more than 1000 km from your epp raw material supplier or in case you have an important production capacity.

ALESSIO PE EPP 0.8 DA

The plant is equipped with:
-    Pre-expander with chamber capacity 0.8 m3./cycle
-    N. 1 hopper of 200 litres capacity for the loading of raw material under pressure
-    Fluid bed
-    System for the transport of expanded material to the silos
-    Electric cabinet with control touch screen industrial PC
-    Software "EPP PEwintech" for the complete process managing.

Average production: 0.5 m3/cycle = 30 m3/h
Expansion ratio: 100 g./l. ÷ 40 g/l.
Tolerance  ± 10%
